Services Overview
BAAB Writing and Marketing Services LLC provides professional writing, marketing consulting, AI education programs, and software services. Our services are primarily delivered digitally or through in-person/virtual training sessions.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service purchase or initial consultation. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service and work completed.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable: completed writing projects, delivered marketing materials, attended workshops or training sessions, custom AI implementations, and software subscriptions after the initial 14-day period.
Partial Refunds
For ongoing projects or retainer agreements, partial refunds may be issued for work not yet completed. The refund amount will be prorated based on the percentage of work delivered versus the total project scope.
Service Modifications
If you are unsatisfied with our service, we will work with you to modify the deliverables or approach before processing any refund request. Client satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to resolve concerns through revision and collaboration.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at aprylbeverly@baabwritingandmarketingservices.com with your project details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Projects may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Once work has commenced, cancellation will be subject to payment for work completed up to that point. Training sessions and workshops require 48-hour advance notice for cancellation without penalty.
Important Notice
